Valet parking is super convenient, and the cocktails are great, especially during happy hour. Only one elevator was working, which made getting around slow at times.

Loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. Enjoyed the happy hour and live music at the bar. The valet parking fee was a bit high. Noise from the hallways could be a problem at night.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I could easily walk to amazing places like the Tennessee Aquarium, which was only about 900 meters away, and the scenic Chattanooga Riverwalk just 750 meters away; it was perfect for my weekend strolls!

The room itself was spacious and clean, but the shower door didn’t close and the fridge had a strange odor. On the upside, staff elsewhere were friendly and helpful, and the patio was a nice spot for drinks. Comfortable bed, coffee options galore in the morning, and lots of hooks in the bathroom were nice touches. Just wish the check-in experience matched the rest of the stay. Would consider returning, but with reservations.

The room was clean and stylish, with a beautifully decorated interior. The bed offered decent comfort, but the mattress felt firmer than expected. Unfortunately, the AC struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, often hovering around 74F-76F. The shower door didn’t close properly, and the fridge emitted a foul odor, making it unsuitable for leftovers. Lighting was occasionally tricky to manage at night. Despite a few inconveniences, the overall feel of the room was welcoming, and the central location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff's friendliness during check-in was an added bonus.

Hotel Indigo Chattanooga excels with its outstanding staff, always ready to assist. The convenient valet parking and lively bar with live music were highlights. Despite some minor room issues, the cozy atmosphere and proximity to downtown made for a memorable stay, perfect for exploring the city.

We booked a room with two queen beds, but they had none available. We ended up on a pullout couch with a terrible mattress. The whole experience felt completely mismanaged, ruining our special trip.

The breakfast menu is a game changer with real options and no dry toast in sight. The modern decor and hidden fridge made me feel luxurious while saving a few bucks on snacks.

Charming hotel, charming location with a friendly staff that provided the best customer service I have ever experienced and a wonderful shower with excellent water pressure that made my stay so enjoyable.

Perfect location. Everything within walking distance. The breakfast was impressive—full meals, not just continental. Shower? Outstanding water pressure. Staff? Exceptional. The young man at breakfast deserves recognition for his attentiveness; a true gem in hospitality. The pet-friendly policy is appreciated, and the decor is fresh and inviting. room conditions fell short. The initial room had leaks, and the replacement was poorly maintained. Mattress on the pull-out couch was inadequate. Minor housekeeping errors occurred, like missing breakfast cards. A lack of attention to detail left gaps in service. For such a well-designed concept, execution must match. With improvements, it could achieve excellence.
